I graduated Enterprise for Equity’s business training program in October of 2003 with a plan for my business called Tender Roni. Through Tender Roni, I design and create fashion accessories including lapel pins, men’s and women’s wallets and several different sizes and styles of purses. I live in Olympia and primarily sell at the Olympia Farmers Market Saturdays and Sundays, April through December. I also sell at Hot Toddy and Traditions in downtown Olympia and on Etsy.com.
My accessories are handcrafted from vinyl; a durable non-animal alternative to leather that comes in many vibrant colors. My most popular designs include Dogwood flowers and stars but all of my products can be customized to provide a perfect match to any style and personality.
“Enterprise for Equity has given me the encouragement and support to believe in my business and in myself. This class has truly changed my life.” – Amy Healy, owner of Tender Roni and graduate of E4E.
