June Micro-Business Showcase

Last year's vibrant crop of graduates. Don't miss this year's harvest!

Get ready to feel hopeful, connected, and worthwhile. Get ready to get verklempt.

When you attend June's Micro-Business showcase, you won't be able to resist the deep sense of possibility embodied in our graduates. If you've ever been to one of these events, you know how it feels to watch and listen to budding businesspeople at the beginning of their journeys. It's an almost overwhelming feeling of hope.

Alumni, Phoebe & John Kesting of PJ Farms.

If you haven't ever attended - you've missed out on food, refreshments and stories of transformation as well as a ton of great products and services that you forgot you needed.

If these aren't enough reasons to attend, you should know that this will be your last chance until next year to see the graduates embarking on their great adventures. In December 2011, instead of our usual winter event, celebrating recent graduates, we will be celebrating the accomplishment of our past graduates, owners of profitable businesses and proof that our hopefulness was well placed.

And if that wasn't enough to feel great about - the growing season is here and it's time for fresh produce.

Graduates from our Agri-preneur Program are ready to deliver your weekly boxes of vegetables and herbs. If you've never heard of CSA, it stands for Community Supported Agriculture, and it means buying your veggies up front. By buying a share of the harvest, you help the farmers' cash flow. In return, you get fresh-picked, in season, local organic produce, every week of the growing season!

Beautiful, good for you, local, and affordable!?

Ask anyone and they'll tell you that CSA helped them spend less and eat more local, delicious food.
