We are excited to share that in spring of 2022, Enterprise for Equity partnered with the City of Montesano to award all 47 small businesses a micro-grant through our Coastal BizWorks Microgrant program.
These micro-grants were thanks to a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) through the Washington State Department of Commerce.

The committee decided to partially fund all 47 businesses as follows:

Three businesses funded at $5000

Twelve businesses funded at $2500

Twenty businesses funded at $1050

Thirteen businesses funded at $750

Pacific - 17

Jefferson - 16

Clallam - 6

Wahkiakum – 0

Number of Businesses awarded that were:

Woman-owned - 29

Minority-owned - 6

Person with disability-owned - 16

Owned by a graduate of Enterprise for Equity’s Business Planning Program - 7
